The 7th Annual Coutyard Gardens Tour!  We welcomed summer with a tour showcasing 20 uniquely designed courtyards in full bloom at Winslowe's View; from Zen meditation to English cottage and Cape Cod style.  Visitors took trolleys from the VIllage Commons to all houses on the tour, and lemonade, cookies and chats with homeowners rounded out the day.

June 2011 - The 1st Greater Boston House Tour

Hosted by the Boston Area Greater Builders Association, the 1st Greater Boston House Tour featured 23 unique homes from around Boston to the north shore and south shore, including The Green Company's Fresco 1, awarded "Best Home in the Country" 

 May 14th & 15th, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

"Spring - Fresco style” Fair on the Village Common and in our models - with live music by the wonderful Kenny Wenzel Jazz Quartet!.
Flowers, food, fun & furnishings. Find perennial & annual plants, courtyard & home décor from Summer Gardens, outdoor furnishings by Paines Patio, wreaths and herb arrangement by Luanne, delicious jams by Dana Cashin and crafts from other talented homeowners, a wine tasting, live music and more—did somebody say "oysters?” Plus, our new Fresco model courtyards will also be wearing new looks for spring - we’re ready, aren’t you!?
